Jody’s Auto is exactly what you want in a local shop. Easy to communicate with, quick to get you in, and they actually fix the problem the first time. Fair pricing, honest explanations, and dependable work. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in what they do. After dealing with repeat issues elsewhere, this place has been a huge relief. Highly recommend.

Jody’s auto was a great experience for me! I dropped my car off getting an oil change and I knew I needed a few other things I need fixed as well and they sent me an inspection report with pictures explaining why I needed something and I never felt that they were pushing anything to me that I didn’t actually need. The staff inside was very nice and answered the phone the first time I called, which is very rare these days. I also found out that the owner is local to Fort Smith, which is really cool to support a small business! I definitely recommend using this business for any of your car needs!

Just passing thru on I-40 driving my dodge one ton truck and pulling a 40’ camper when my water pump went out. Called Jody’s and they got me fixed up and out the door with a replacement in about 2 hours. Can’t thank you guys enough, appreciate it!

Very easy to schedule an appointment. Great communication and ask exactly what you need. I prefer over communication so this was perfect. Fixed my issue from another shop same day instead of the normal weeklong wait. Excellent customer service and friendly. Will definitely be using them again.
